Made by creat.ing in Labone, Accra, since 2013. Our designers set every menu.

Shogun's menu on a phone: the Shogun wordmark in gold, tabs for Japanese, Chinese and Drinks, filters for new, seafood, spicy and vegetarian, then Soup and Makis with prices in cedis.

Shogun's live menu, set by our designers. Made by creat.ing in Labone, Accra, since 2013.

Set in their look, not ours

Each of these was a printed menu sent to us as a PDF. Our designers set each one in the venue's own logo, colours and type. Saint Pablo's sits on a photograph of its own paper. They are live. Open one and scroll it the way a guest would.

Swipe through the five, or tap a name to open the menu.

These open the live pages, not pictures of them. Whether you run a restaurant, a bar, a café or a hotel, the next menu we set this way could be yours: send us your PDF.

How it starts

You send one file. We design it. You run it from your phone.

Day one

You send us your printed menu as a PDF on WhatsApp. That is all we need to start.

Within 48 hours

Our designers set it in your logo, colours, fonts and paper, and send print-ready QR codes for the tables, the rooms and the door. Any printer can print them.

Shogun's menu as set by our designers: gold wordmark, tabs, filters, Soup and Makis with prices.

The code is real. The tent is drawn to show the size.

Every night after that

You change prices, dishes, sold out and photos from your phone. Floor staff mark a dish sold out from a link, no login. Prices move from Excel or by a percentage, rounded like a printed menu.

Send us your menu on WhatsApp

We reply on WhatsApp with what we need and when it will be live.

In the guest's hand

What a guest sees when they scan. No app, no login, the menu opens in the browser.

Saint Pablo's menu in French: Français chosen at the top, tabs Churrasco, À la carte, Boissons, Vins, translated filters, Entrées with prices, and a Réserver sur WhatsApp button.

  • Poisson et fruits de mer, épicé, gluten: the filters are translated too.
  • Réserver sur WhatsApp. One tap, in their language.

Pâte à Choux's menu: Breakfast first among the tabs, then Bread Basket, served until 12:00 pm, with the Mini Rustic Bread Basket and the Croissant Basket.

Menus that keep their own hours

Brunch first on Sunday, lunch till four, the bread basket until noon. Specials and happy hour show only while they run, and disappear when they stop.

  • Breakfast first; lunch and dinner behind it.
  • Bread basket, served until 12:00 pm. The menu says so.
The end of KLAP's menu: the last desserts with their prices and diet tags, then a row of Call, WhatsApp, Instagram and Map buttons, the line All prices in GHS, prices exclude VAT, 5% additional service charge applies, and the WhatsApp us to book bar.

One tap to reach you

Call, WhatsApp, Instagram, map and book buttons sit at the end of the menu. A guest who wants a table or directions does not have to search for you.

  • Call, WhatsApp, Instagram, Map: KLAP's row at the foot of the menu.
  • VAT and service charge stated under the prices, in the venue's own words.

What comes back to you

  • How was your visit? Five stars and a line to the manager.
  • Phone or email, optional, only if they want a reply.
The end of Saint Pablo's menu on their paper: How was your visit?, five stars, a box for anything the manager should know, phone or email optional, a Send to the manager button, then Call, WhatsApp, Instagram and Book buttons, the line All prices are inclusive of taxes, a 10% service charge will be added to the bill, and the WhatsApp us to book bar.
  • Call, WhatsApp, Instagram and Book, under the form.
  • Saint Pablo's own words about tax and service, carried over from their menu.

Feedback, by table or room

A form on every menu, with your Google review link. What guests write lands in an inbox sorted by table or room number, and a summary reaches you by email every week.

Scans, by hour and by tab

You see when the menu is read and which tab is read most. No login for the guest, nothing to install for you.

Before you send your menu

Will my customers scan a QR code?
Their camera opens it in the browser, nothing to install and nothing to type. And your printed menu can stay on the table beside the code if you want it.
Can I change prices when the cedi moves?
Yes, from your phone, from Excel, or by a percentage rounded like a printed menu.
Will it look like every other QR menu?
No. Our designers set it in your logo, colours, fonts and paper, from your PDF. Open any of the five menus above.
Is GH₵1,500 a lot for a menu?
It is one year, one price, no setup fee, and no charge per change.
My staff are not technical.
Floor staff mark a dish sold out from a link, with no login.
The internet in my venue is poor.
The menu is a web page on the guest's own phone. Nothing is installed in the venue, and the QR codes are printed.
I serve French and Arabic speakers.
Translation into French, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Russian is included.
I have brunch and lunch at different times.
Menus keep their own hours: brunch first on Sunday, lunch till four.
How do I know anyone uses it?
Scan analytics by hour and tab, and a feedback inbox by table or room with a weekly email summary.
What if I need help after launch?
You reach us on WhatsApp and at hello@creatinghana.com. We are in Labone, Accra.
